Let Us Lead Fellowship is a cohort-based program that equips young people with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to lead in their communities. Fellows gain mentorship, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Weekly Breakdown

  • Introduction/Orientation

  • Team name, group norms, power mapping, and 1:1 practice. Introduce final project idea: Community survey (3-5 1:1s with people you are close to) + first 5 people on list (Or more!!! It will be a competition) .

  • Community survey results, personal narrative structure, and verbalization. Main issue chosen during lab + 3-5 1:1s with people you are less close to + next 5 people on list 

  • Abstract of main project, and snowflake model. You +2 or run phone bank (if completed last week). 3-5 1:1s with people you are less close to + next 5 people on list 

  • Video planning and specific social media asks. You + 2 or Run phone bank or Community Conversation OR BOTH (LUL honors). 2 1:1s with people you are less close to + next 5 people on list

  • Value sharing, group norms 2, and intrinsically motivating commitments. You +2 or run phone bank (if completed last week. 2 1:1s with people you are less close to + next 5 people on list
