Summer Interns
As a Summer Intern, you will support various organizational initiatives, assist in youth-oriented campaigns, and contribute to scalable program development. Your responsibilities will include research, creating written content, assisting with digital communications, participating in strategy meetings, and coordinating outreach activities. You will have the chance to work collaboratively while gaining experience in advocacy, training, mobilization, and relational organizing. This is a remote internship for the Let Us Lead Summer Cycle which is best suited for undergraduate college students. This position is unpaid, but course credit is available for qualifying students. The internship will run for 8 weeks and interns can expect to work 15-20 hours weekly from June 22nd to August 7th.
Development Intern
Do you believe that funding the right causes can change the world? As a Development Intern, you will support the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Let Us Lead's mission moving forward. On a daily basis, you will research grant opportunities, assist in drafting funding proposals, help maintain donor records, and support the team in coordinating fundraising efforts. If you're detail-oriented and driven by purpose, this role will give you a front-row seat to the world of nonprofit development.

As a Curriculum & Education Intern, you will help design and refine the training programs that equip young leaders to create change. Your day-to-day work will include researching youth development best practices, drafting workshop materials, organizing training resources, and supporting facilitation efforts. If you're passionate about education as a tool for equity, this role is for you.

Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern at Let Us Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the organizational infrastructure that makes our work possible. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating internal communications, managing scheduling and logistics, organizing files and systems, and providing administrative support across departments. If you're a natural problem-solver who thrives on dynamic and constantly evolving projects, this is the role for you.

Outreach & Expansion Intern
Are you energized by connecting people to causes they care about? As an Outreach & Expansion Intern, you will help Let Us Lead grow its reach and deepen its community relationships. On a daily basis, you will research potential partner organizations, assist in drafting outreach communications, support the planning of community engagement events, and help track relationship-building efforts – including alumni engagement. If you're a connector who believes in the power of community, this role will put that belief into action and that action into progress.
